TCI-4 TEAMS
In the spring of 2001 five participating TCI districts decided to continue their TCI work with a second or third year in the program. They were joined by ten new TCI leadership teams from school districts in all areas of Massachusetts.

TCI-4 participants include leadership teams from the following school districts:

TCI-3 TEAMS
The third year of the TCI Leadership Program began with a Summer Institute in July of 2000 and ran through the 2000-2001 school year. Fifteen districts, some of them returning for a second year in the program, were represented by their hard-working leadership teams.

TCI-3 participants included leadership teams from the following school districts:

Fifteen Massachusetts school districts sent leadership teams to participate in the 1999-2000 TCI Program.

In July of 1998, twenty seven teams representing twenty nine school districts from all areas of Massachusetts came together to participate in the first year of the TCI Leadership Program.
