Steve Miller - Executive Director
Cynthia Landau -
Project Manager, Mass Networks Education Partnership Ms. Landau joined the Mass
Networks staff in September of 1996 and helped run the three Mass NetDay campaigns. A
graduate of the University of Vermont, Landau worked for many years in publishing, serving
as Associate Editor of Fawcett Publications' Rudder Magazine, as Managing Editor of Hearst
Publications' Motor Boating & Sailing Magazine, and as the first Editor of the TAB
Newspapers, headquartered in Newton, MA. She was also Director of Cooperative Advertising
for a major Boston retail chain, proprietor of a Newbury Street specialty shop, and
Director of Transportation for a consortium of private schools.
David Mordecai -
Project Director, Mass Networks Education Partnership
Jocelyn Francoeur -
Project Director, Mass Networks Education Partnership
A former high school teacher in Louisiana, Ms. Francoeur also taught in special secondary
school programs for Johns Hopkins University and the National High School Institute. She
earned her MA in history at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, while serving as a
teaching assistant. Previously, at Anderson Consulting, she developed an intensive
training program for a major restaurant chain.
Stan Diamond -
Project Manager, Mass Networks Education Partnership
Involved in educational technology since the early 70's, Mr. Diamond has managed the
instructional media departments at several colleges and universities and is a partner in
Education Technology Consultants which helps public schools and colleges implement
educational technology and effectively integrate it into the curriculum. He has a special
interest in the design and implementation of technology enhanced instructional spaces and
classroom technology systems systems for colleges and schools. Stan recently joined Mass
Networks to support the office technology infrastructure and other projects. He graduated
from The City College in NYC and received a Masters in Media Studies from the New School
for Social Research, also in NYC.
