Terms of Use

All content contained within the massnetworks.org domain is copyright © 2003 Mass Networks Education Partnership (MNEP). All rights reserved. Content may not be republished in print or electronic format without permission.

Mass Networks makes a reasonable effort to ensure that all the information contained in its web pages and other publications is accurate and up-to-date. However, it is always possible that events will be rescheduled or revised; that technical advice will become outdated or contain errors; that statements about programs or opportunities or laws will be inaccurate; and that other information contained in our website, email, or other types of publications may be incomplete or contain errors. Furthermore, it is possible that someone can use our information -- even if accurate and timely -- in ways that cause them or others inconvenience and perhaps even harm. MNEP urges people to examine whatever they get from our publications, seek second opinions, and take care when taking (or avoiding) action. Mass Networks Education Partnership will be happy to correct any mistakes in its publications and refund the cost of purchase (if any), but otherwise assumes no express or implied liability for any harm or damages people or institutions may suffer as a result of reading or acting upon information contained in its publications.

MNEP sometimes links its website to others. While we try to link only to sites controlled by groups that we believe will provide accurate, timely and relevant information, it is possible that those sites may contain outdated or false information, or that they are themselves linked to other sites that contain objectionable information. If notified, MNEP will be happy to eliminate its links to inaccurate, irrelevant, or objectionable sites, but it otherwise assumes no responsibility for the contents of those sites.

In sum, everything we do or publish is offered "as is" with no express or implied warranties. Legally, you are on your own when using it.
