Ms. Landau joined the Mass Networks staff in September of 1996 and helped run the three Mass NetDay campaigns before becoming Project Manager of the Technology & Curriculum Integration Leadership Program. A graduate of the University of Vermont, she worked for many years in publishing, serving as Associate Editor of Rudder Magazine, Managing Editor of Motor Boating & Sailing and of Sail Magazine, and as the first Editor of the TAB Newspapers, headquartered in Newton, MA. She was also Director of Cooperative Advertising for a major Boston retail chain, proprietor of a Newbury Street specialty shop, and Director of Transportation for a consortium of private schools.

Chris Seiberling, Technology Audit Consultant, has an MBA from Northeastern University and an MFA from the University of New Mexico. With a variety of experiences in teaching (from the Peace Corps to the UK), information technology and financial management (Harvard Medical School), and reporting systems for public health (Pathfinder Intl.), Chris brings a flexible but structured approach to analyzing technology implementation and organization.

Min Zeng has an M. Ed from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She specializes in Educational Technology and is especially interested in how technology can be used to enhance teaching and learning experiences. Her current focus is in data analysis and project evaluation. She has participated or managed all the Mass Networks' evaluation projects in the past two years. She is also one of the key trainers for the Data to Learning workshops. Prior to joining Mass Networks, she worked as an editor for K12.com, one of China's largest education websites.
Steven Miller is the co-founder of Mass Networks Education
Partnership (MNEP). He organized the Mass NetDay campaigns
that involved over 20,000 volunteers working with over ¾
of the state's school districts. He was on the planning groups
that created Mass Ed On Line, MassEd.Net, Mass Community Network,
as well as on the Virtual Education Space Design Team.
A former teacher and community organizer,
Steve was also in charge of the first Lotus 1-2-3 Reference
Manual and Editor-in-Chief of LOTUS Magazine. He has been
a TV and radio commentator, and on the national boards of
Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility (CPSR) and
the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN). His articles
have appeared in numerous national magazines and his book,
Civilizing Cyberspace: Policy, Power, and the Information
Superhighway, was published in 1996 by Addison Wesley.
Steve has been honored with awards from
MassCUE, the Mass Software Council, the Mass Telecommunications
Council, the Governor's Office, and the Mass Taxpayers Association.
Steve Miller was an invited presenter at the 1999 National
Education Summit.
Jessica Juliuson

Jessica Juliuson is a former high school social studies teacher, now assisting schools and districts with strategic planning and the formation of collaborative learning communities. In addition to providing training and support to schools for the creation of teacher inquiry groups, she has worked with districts all over Massachusetts as a curriculum consultant with Mass Networks Education Partnership. Her work at Mass Networks includes curriculum development and alignment, program evaluation, and assisting districts in the planning process for meeting No Child Left Behind requirements. Prior to joining Mass Networks, she worked at the Center for Collaborative Education as a whole school change coach in Boston and is a member of the National School Reform Faculty.
For the past four years, Erica has
managed the Policy strand of Project MEET (Massachusetts Empowering
Educators with Technology), running workshops on such topics
as "Updating Your Acceptable Use Policy" and "Staffing
Models for Effective Technology Use." This year, Erica
has started to explore the use of handheld technology in the
classroom and has been certified as a Palm Education Training
Coordinator. Prior to working at Mass Networks, Erica taught
high school English at a vocational school and worked at Tom
Snyder Productions as a Professional Development Consultant.
