Mission & Values

Mission

Mass Networks Education Partnership is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve educational leadership, curriculum, and the technology that supports improved outcomes for all learners.

To fulfill this mission:

  • We partner with educators to help them set goals, implement their ideas, establish policy, and evaluate their results.
  • We support educators' use of technology to enrich student learning, provide professional development, and increase administrative efficiency.
  • We empower educators to develop viable solutions using research and best practice as well as their own insights and experience.

Core Values

Everything we do...

...is focused on giving educators useful knowledge and strategic tools so they can focus on the critical issues of student learning.

...integrates the appropriate use of technology to facilitate learning, instruction, curriculum, professional growth, and educational administration; however, we believe that technology is a tool, not a silver bullet or a self-contained solution.

...embodies excellence, integrity, and professionalism: both in what we expect from ourselves and in what we help others to accomplish.

...supports leadership at all levels, recognizing that creative problem solving requires the empowerment of both teachers and administrators. We accomplish this by developing organizational structures and processes that encourage and support teamwork and sharing at all levels - within schools, districts, and across the region.

...is designed to maximize leverage - helping schools get the maximum sustainable impact from each input of resources and effort.
